Payment Methods
American Agriculture accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Cards. We also accept orders through Paypal. However, we do not accept international debit/credit card orders at this time.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
Sales Tax Information
Due to the location of our stores, we are not required to charge sales tax.
Your Order
Sometimes American Agriculture has to place orders on the products it sells months in advance to keep the products it advertises in stock. However, we are at the mercy of manufactures and distributors and cannot guarantee that all items will be available at the time of your order. If the product is not in stock, we will ask you if you wish to backorder the product until becomes available.
We do not accept international orders. Orders with shipping addresses outside of the USA will be cancelled.
Order Confirmations
All orders are received by our shipping department. Order Confirmations are generated automatically by the website. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation it is most likely because you have either entered your e-mail address incorrectly or your e-mail is not working. Remember that if you enter your e-mail incorrectly we cannot contact you by e-mail. We must rely on your phone number.
Refunds & Exchanges
Shopping is easy with American Agriculture. All refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted when merchandise is returned in its original unused condition with the original payment receipt. A credit for the amount of the product will be issued on the credit card used on the payment receipt. A credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail. There will be NO credit for the shipping and handling amount if any. If the original payment receipt is not included with your refund or exchange merchandise, a store credit will be issued when the merchandise is returned in its original unused condition. To make a refund or exchange by mail, please call 1 (800) 433-6805 for a return authorization number. Return the product and receipt in its original packaging and box. Place the return authorization number on the outside of the box.

Shipping Options and Charges
How To Determine Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are not related to product cost. Most of the items we have listed are shipped for free anywhere in the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are not land mass connected to the other states so there is a charge for shipping items even if they are listed as "FREE SHIPPING". Also, we might charge shipping for products that are very heavy or very large. Shipping costs include handling charges.
Our website will calculate shipping charges without you placing an order. Simply place the item in the shopping cart by clicking on the "ADD" button. This will take you to the Shopping Cart where you will see the product you selected. Now click on the "VIEW SHIPPING OPTIONS" button. Type in your zip code and press 'Recalculate'. This will show your shipping options/estimates. You can proceed or go back to shopping without placing an order.
At this time, we do not ship orders outside the United States.
PROCESSING ORDERS
We will begin processing your order on the first business day. Orders placed after 2:14pm Pacific Time all orders are considered to be for the next business day processing. It takes up to 2 business days for processing; do not count Saturday and Sunday.
GROUND ORDERS
We ship UPS Standard Ground within the 48 contiguous United States unless another shipping method is requested with your order. Ground orders will ship on the 3rd business day providing product is in stock. Example: If your order is placed on Friday it will not ship until Tuesday of the following week. If there is any delay, we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone.

AIR ORDERS
We will ship your NEXT DAY or SECOND DAY order the same day of your order if it is received before 2:15 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday. Next Day Air orders made on Friday will require an additional UPS charge for delivery on Saturday. Neither UPS or USPS delivers on Sundays. UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as workdays. Example: A Second Day Air order made on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday of the next week. In some instances, very large orders may be held back due to the time it takes to package them especially if the order is made too close to the 2:15 PM cut off time. You will be contacted if this determination is made. Products not in stock will prompt us to ask you for decisions. If there is any delay we will contact you immediately, either by email or by phone. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please call us at 1 (800) 433-6805. Please make Next Day and Second Day orders as early in the day Monday through Friday as you can.
Product Quality Guarantee
We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon of delivery. If a problem occurs within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at our option. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or shipping damage. After 30 days the warranty is covered by the manufacturer, please send the product back to them with a copy of the original sales receipt and state your concern.
