American Agriculture accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Cards. We also accept orders through Paypal. However, we do not accept international debit/credit card orders at this time. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
Due to the location of our stores, American Agriculture is not required to collect sales tax. You (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Though we will try to complete your order as you placed it, American Agriculture reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
American Agriculture does not accept international orders at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside of the USA will be cancelled.
Where do we ship?
We deliver to verified physical addresses within the contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is all you have, inquire if your PO Box has a physical address. If it does you may use that physical address.
We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO, US Territories or Internationally.
How do we ship?
Your order may ship via UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS) or other major freight carrier. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. It is the type and destination of the items in your cart that determines our choice of the carrier. Some carriers may refuse to handle certain items or they are far too costly to deliver the items in your cart. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method to your location.
When will my order ship?
All orders require a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. Items will be placed on the carrier no later than the third business day providing the product ordered is in stock. If the item is out of stock you will be e-mailed, given an explanation and your options addressed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time are considered to be for the next business day processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday nor is Saturday or Sunday considered a business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
How long does delivery take?*
- Standard - 3 to 10 business days. Orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii may take up to 21 days.
- Expedited** – 2 to 4 business days
- Next Day** – 1 business day
*Rural addresses may add 2 to 4 days to delivery time.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered by this site as an estimate. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. Items being delivered by the US Postal Service may arrive on Saturdays where Saturday Delivery is available.
**Expedited and Next Day Delivery – Orders placed after 2 PM PST/PDT will not ship until the next business day.
Why is my shipping so much?
The shipping calculator computes shipping charges and is usually very accurate. However, in the event that the shipping calculator overcharges, the lower rate will be applied to your purchase and the difference refunded to you via your payment method.
Many large and light items (i.e. rockwool, etc.) are charged by ‘Dimensional Weight’. Due to this, we reserve the right to amend the shopping cart calculated charges to actual charges. We will notify you if this situation occurs.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been scanned into the carriers computers we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order in your account or by the link in the email. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.
American Agriculture offers free ground shipping on all qualifying orders of $75 or more. American Agriculture ships for free within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii and Alaska). Free ship orders may be shipped by USPS or UPS at American Agriculture's discretion.
It is the customer’s responsibility to look carefully on each item for shipping information. Items that qualify for this free shipping promotion are clearly marked with the free shipping truck icon. If items that are not eligible for free shipping are placed in your cart you will be charged for shipping on those items only.
We reserve the right to cancel or change this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.
Note: American Agriculture assumes no responsibility in the customer's choice of products purchased from this web site. We have done everything we can to give the proper information and details for an educated purchase. In the end, the descriptions of each product are just that, descriptions. Please review the directions of each product and read the entire label to understand how to use it properly and in some cases, when not to use it. When not to use a product is more important than when to use it.
All refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted when merchandise is returned within 30 days of the original sale, in its original unused condition and with a copy of the original payment receipt. A credit for the amount of the product will be issued on the credit card used on the payment receipt. A credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail. There will be NO Credit for the shipping and handling amount if any is applied to the purchase. If a copy of the payment receipt is not included with your returned merchandise, a website credit will be issued.
Your shipping carrier receipt is proof that you shipped it within 30 days of your purchase. Buy a small size bottle first to determine your satisfaction with the product. There is a NO Return policy for products that have been opened and/or used unless it is defective. An opened or used product will be covered under its warranty policy. There is a NO Return policy for unopened products after the 30 days have elapsed.
After receiving the shipment and having a chance to examine the product more closely, it is solely up to the customer to decide on whether or not they want the product(s). Should the customer decide not to keep the product(s), it is up to the customer to place the product on a carrier to return it to Rose City Wholesale (our main distributor) before 30 days have passed from the date of the sale. This policy is firm and non-negotiable. Products sent to us after 30 days have elapsed will be held in storage until the customer arranges to have the product returned to them. Please call our shipping department for details.
If you’re missing a product please check to see if it is on back order. If there are missing products from your delivery, you must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing products. Any claims for missing product made after that time can not be honored. Once we are reasonably satisfied that the product was not delivered to you then we will arrange for a re-delivery of the missing product.
To request a refund or exchange, please call 1-800-433-6805. Ask for the American Agriculture Customer Service Center and tell them you want a return authorization number for the product you purchased. You will be transferred to that department. Once you have been given a Return Authorization Number, return the product and a copy of the receipt in its original packaging and box to the address listed below. Package the product with care, just like it was sent to you. Place the return authorization number on the outside of the box. Send it to:
